Terms governing the use of this partner-desk preview site.

This site is in pre-launch staging for an authorized sales partner desk candidate of Shenzhen Chengtiantai Cable Industry Co., Ltd. (CTT). Certificate identifiers, entity registration numbers, and project references shown on this site are specimen placeholders pending issuance / written consent. They are not factual representations and must not be relied upon for tender prequalification, regulatory filings, KYC, AML, sanctions screening, or any procurement decision.

Submitting an RFQ does not constitute an order, a binding offer, or acceptance. Final pricing, lead time, payment terms, and commercial T&Cs are issued on a signed Proforma Invoice (PI). The PI controls.

By submitting an RFQ, the buyer represents that the end-use is not in any (a) jurisdiction subject to EU / UK / US / UN comprehensive sanctions, (b) military or military-end-user use that is prohibited under EU Reg. 2021/821 Annex I, or (c) involving any entity on the OFAC SDN List, the EU Consolidated List, the UN Sanctions List, the UK HMT List, Indonesia DTTOT, PPATK DPPSPM, or the World Bank / ADB / AIIB / EBRD / IDB / AfDB cross-debarment list. The partner desk reserves the right to decline any RFQ on screening grounds without further explanation.

The partner desk operates under the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention, the US FCPA, the UK Bribery Act 2010, the PRC AUCL Art. 7, and Indonesia UU 31/1999. No gift / hospitality is offered to any buyer-side official outside the published gratifikasi policy. Pakta Integritas / KPK templates are signed per tender for Indonesia work.

"CTT" and "Cathaywire" trademarks are used under the manufacturer authorization arrangement that is pending CTT countersignature. Manufacturer trademark, certification trademarks (ISO, CCC, SNI, SIRIM, PSE, etc.), and named project references appearing on this site are property of their respective holders and are referenced for descriptive purposes only.

Site code, visual assets (3D models, AVIF renders), data files (spec matrix, type-test report library), and editorial copy are © Cathaywire International (HK) Limited (post-registration). Manufacturer datasheets and reports remain property of CTT.

Specimen content on this site is provided as-is. No warranty, express or implied, is made about its accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or completeness. Final accuracy of certificate numbers, validity dates, and project records is established at the PI stage with signed PDFs released under NDA.

These terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Disputes are referred to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its administered rules in effect at the time of filing, in English. The seat of arbitration is Hong Kong. For Indonesia-counterparty contracts that fall under UU 24/2009 Art. 31, a parallel Bahasa Indonesia version of the operative contract will be executed; the English version controls in case of conflict, save where mandatory Indonesian law requires otherwise.

These terms may be updated as the partner desk completes registration. The last-revision date is shown at the bottom of the page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
