Look up your CTT order

Enter the PI / order reference (e.g. ORD-2025-0142) and the buyer email on file. We'll return the carrier, tracking number, B/L, and live shipment status. No login required — the email match ensures only the buyer can view their order.

The reference + email lookup is the only authentication. If the email does not match, no order is returned. For lost references, email sales@cathaywire.com.
